Work category e international affairs in Poland. Personal requirements for the applicant. Domestic transport in Poland

Poland has a huge number of companies that provide freight services. In all of Europe, there is probably not a single truck parking lot where there is not a large car with Polish numbers. Many citizens of Belarus are planning to get a job as a truck driver in one of the Polish companies. It is quite possible to do this, but you just need to know some simple rules.

High and stable wages are the main incentive for a person who wants to go to another country to work. But, in addition to the salary, this work is also quite promising. Having worked a little in a Polish company, you can gain invaluable experience, then learn better English or German. Then an excellent prospect opens up to get a job in one of the German or Dutch companies. In these countries, wages are much higher than in Poland.

At the same time, there is almost always a job in this profession in Poland, since most of the Polish drivers themselves leave for Western countries for a higher salary.

As in any country, the driver's salary directly depends on how much time he spends on the road and how far his route is. The principle of payroll is quite simple - the longer the driver is away from home, the higher his salary.

The best option for a driver is a salary, which consists of a certain amount of salary and daily allowance. This principle of accruing money allows the driver to independently calculate his salary.

On average in Poland, the following prices for truckers' services apply:

  • base salary - 450 EUR;
  • per diem - 45-50EUR;
  • bonuses from 50EUR and more, depending on the work done.

Often, workers from Belarus are hired as truck drivers and they are paid wages based on mileage, the more the driver has traveled, the greater his salary. However, in this case, the driver cannot calculate his salary, and this method of accruing money is very often used by unscrupulous employers. Therefore, you need to be extremely careful when applying for a job.

Employee Requirements:

  • age from 23 to 50 years;
  • open categories "C", "D", "E";
  • the presence of a tachograph;
  • certificate of good conduct;
  • ADR certificate;
  • basic knowledge of a foreign language: English or German.

What should be a driver's license

Recall that in 2010 Belarus began to issue international driver's licenses, but the old ones still remained valid, but only within Belarus. Please note that in Europe they require that the driver's documents indicate the validity period of categories "C", "D", "E". So check your ID before applying for a job.

Domestic transport in Poland

If there is not enough driving experience or knowledge foreign languages, then you can work as a driver on domestic flights. In this direction, specialists are needed on the following conditions:

  • drivers of category "C", "E" - delivery of goods in the city and nearby settlements. In this case, a person has a regular schedule, works during the day, at home in the evening. This worker is engaged in servicing stores, delivering food. The work is quite simple "dirty" driver receives up to 3000 PLN, up to 2600 PLN.

with vacancies on given place there are no problems, employers are willing to hire people without much work experience or retirees who are satisfied with the increase in pension;

  • category "C", "E" drivers - long routes throughout the country. Drivers who drive long distances within the country already receive wages significantly higher than those who drive within the same city. In this case, truckers can call in countries neighboring Poland that are members of the EU. During long flights, a person spends the night on the road, on weekends, in most cases he is at home.

The salary on hand can be from 2500 to 4000 zł. You can earn even more if you get a job in a reputable company with an updated fleet, but getting there is very difficult, not even all Poles can get a job. If you look for a simpler company with an old fleet of vehicles, then in this case there is a lot of work, and employers willingly take on foreigners;

  • drivers of category "C", "E" - work on the construction of highways. The work is traveling, but within Poland. You need to be prepared for the fact that you can not be at home for several weeks. The salary in this case can reach 5000 PLN per month. You can find vacancies for this place, but it will be quite difficult to do this. This work is loved by the Poles themselves, who are already tired of international transport and prefer more relaxed working conditions. According to employees, wage fraud has recently become more frequent.

This type of work as a driver is considered the highest paid, interesting and diverse. Get this work drivers who have at least two years of experience can. Those who have open categories "C" and "E", and also have a work visa or a Pole's card.

The easiest way for Belarusians to get a job as a truck driver in eastbound , most often - these are routes to Russia, less often - to Ukraine. One flight to Moscow or St. Petersburg is paid up to PLN 1300. As a result, it turns out that you can earn from 5000 PLN per month. But for this you have to do at least one flight a week.

Since this job is most often offered to Belarusians and Ukrainians who do not know foreign languages, employers very often try to deceive their workers with wages. Therefore, you need to be extremely careful when choosing a transport company.

Western direction. This type of work involves trips to Germany, Spain, France. For the most part, refrigerated trucks need to transport food. The salary is calculated from the freight, during normal work, it ranges from 5000 to 6000 zł. In most cases, the fleet is updated, and the cars are quite comfortable. It is quite easy for a Belarusian to get such a job, and if there is still a proven two-year experience as a driver in Poland, then it will not be difficult to find a job.

Unfortunately, in recent years, getting a job like this has become increasingly difficult. Due to the fighting in the east of Ukraine, more and more citizens of this country immigrate to Poland. Therefore, the number of such vacancies is sharply reduced.

Work in Western countries for a Polish company

There is an opportunity to work in Germany, France and other countries, but at the same time work for a Polish company. The driver arrives at western country, there he travels along a certain route. If the route does not require it, then the driver may not even enter Poland. Usually the salary is from 4000 to 6000 PLN. Such a big difference in salaries is due to the fact that companies charge salaries as a percentage of freight or mileage.

For this line of work, there are three popular charts:

  • three weeks at work, one at home;
  • four weeks at work, one at home;
  • and the most popular schedule among Belarusian drivers is six weeks at work, two at home.

In the third case, a person earns quite well in a month and a half and has the opportunity to spend two whole weeks at home with his family.

A transport company usually delivers its employees to bases located in Western Europe. There, drivers receive routes and work, delivering various products. After the end of the selected watch, the person is taken back to Poland.

Usually, all weekends are spent at a special base, where all the necessary conditions for drivers are created. If a person is constantly in Western Europe more than thirty days, then in a good scenario, for one month the salary can be about 7,500 zł.

Many drivers think that in these working conditions one can be lazy and engage in dishonest deeds, for example, "stir up" gasoline. But all transport companies have long calculated everything to the smallest detail. They know for sure how many people have to travel per shift, how much fuel is needed, and so on. If they notice that an employee is not coping with work, or even worse, starts stealing, then he is fired very quickly, and the employer no longer hires foreigners.

Drivers work schedule

According to European laws, all drivers must work according to the following schedule:

  • per day can be managed vehicle no more than 9 hours;
  • it is forbidden to be on the road for more than 56 hours per week;
  • for two weeks, the maximum pastime behind the wheel of a car is 90 hours;
  • without rest, the driver cannot move for more than 4.5 hours. After this length of time, the person must rest for at least 45 minutes;
  • You must rest at least 11 hours a day.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in an administrative penalty in the form of a large fine.

Work in Poland as a truck driver without work experience

By and large, without work experience, it is unlikely that you will be able to get an international job, although if you are lucky, then you should definitely take a chance! But remember, if the company offers good working conditions and does not require work experience, then most likely they are scammers.

Route Poland - Great Britain

Since the UK is not part of the Schengen Zone, drivers from Belarus are not allowed to cross the border of this country, even if they have an official work visa or Pole's card. But if a person has worked in a Polish company for more than six months, then he has the opportunity to open a special service visa, only if such a visa is available, the Poland-UK route is opened for the employee.

EMPLOYMENT IS FREE.

The territorial proximity and high wages of international drivers in Poland is one of the reasons that encourage citizens of Russia and Belarus to look for ways to find employment in this country.

A work permit allows non-EU labor migrants to legally apply for employment in Poland. The condition for obtaining this permit is that work visa. The permit contains information about the employer, the position of the employee.

Employment is recognized as legal if the immigrant works in the specified profession.
To find a vacancy, the applicant must write a questionnaire (CV) and a motivation sheet (letter).

The application form should contain general data of the applicant: education, work experience, additional skills, interests.

The motivation letter should detail the professional skills that are in particular demand for the employer. The purpose of this document is to convince the employer of the need to hire this particular employee.

These two documents are Polish and sent to a recruitment agency or directly to the employer, with the vacancies posted by him. An interested employer draws up and registers a statement of intent to entrust work to a foreign citizen.

It is submitted to the Provincial Job Center (PUP).

From January 1, 2017, it was planned to introduce amendments in Poland regarding the period of permission and the place of its registration, but the issue was postponed for a year due to the complexity of the innovation (seasonal directive 2014/36EC).

A permit cannot be issued to persons who have arrived in Poland for the following reasons:

  1. Visa issued:
  • for tourism,
  • for a humanitarian mission
  • if the person is in the process of applying for refugee status;
  • A temporary residence permit was issued to a citizen who had previously been in the country illegally.

The permit is issued in triplicate.

  1. The first - remains with the governor,
  2. the second is transferred to a foreigner,
  3. the last one remains with the employer.

Permit is limited. Most often, its effect is determined by a three-year period, and also depends on the voivodeship where it is registered.

On the video work as an international driver in Poland:

Required documents for permission

The package of documents is submitted personally by the employer at the place of his location and provides for the following:

  1. Application for a permit;
  2. Foreign passport of a labor immigrant (copy);
  3. Documents proving the fulfillment of professional requirements (copy);
  4. A copy of the receipt for payment of the commission fee.

Employment Requirements

Residents of Russia and Belarus to work as an international driver on cars with a permissible weight of more than 3.5 tons, in addition to a work permit, must have the following documents:

  1. The presence of a driver's license code 95, corresponding to the category;
  2. Card for tachograph. Driving with an outdated tachograph is most likely not possible. A digital tachograph requires a card. It is preferable to issue it at home, since the period of its use is 5 years, and if you issue it in Poland, then the validity period of the card is equal to the validity of a work visa. When changing the driver's license to Polish with the code 95, the card will be issued in Poland. The period of use of these two permits is five years;
  3. Shipping course. This procedure is carried out in Poland and takes several days. This certificate is valid for 5 years. Without its presence, it is impossible to obtain rights with code 95. Persons holding a category C driving license issued after 10.09.2009 and category D obtained after 10.09.2008 are required to complete the full course, which costs almost PLN 2,000. For other persons, such a course will cost 500 PLN. The procedure is carried out every five years;
  4. Medical certificate. This document is a conclusion on the state of health and compliance with all standards for the work of the selected category. The cost depends on the province;
  5. Psychotechnics test. Testing is carried out in Poland and, based on its results, a document is issued for a period of five years. The actions of the driver in extreme situations, the accuracy of the reaction are checked. Job seekers without testing are not allowed to the medical board;
  6. Certificate of no criminal record. The document contains information about the absence of a criminal record in Poland. Issued after a personal request to the district court in just a few minutes;
  7. Driver's license. Mandatory document for all foreign drivers. Issued by the Main Inspectorate of Road Law on the basis of information submitted about the employee by the employer. Its effect applies exclusively to labor activities in the company that issued and recorded in the certificate. The duration of validity is equal to the duration of the work visa or employment contract.

On video employment in Poland:

Employer Requirements

Due to the fact that in the country there is an outflow of the local population for new employment in the EU countries, employers willingly accept citizens of Belarus and Russia, but choose employees with experience.

The employer regulates the working hours of a hired driver, based on the European Parliament regulation 561/2006:

  1. No more than nine hours of driving per day. Two days at 10 o'clock. Weekly duration should not exceed 56 hours, and for continuous 14 days - 90 hours;
  2. Rest breaks of 45 minutes every 4.5 hours of work;
  3. The working week provides for a full day off from 24 to 45 hours;
  4. The employer constantly monitors compliance with the temporary regime;
  5. Drivers are obliged to ensure the normal operation of the tachograph.

Remuneration consists of a specific rate plus per diem (diet). All conditions are reflected in the employment contract between the employer and the foreigner. Some companies pay based on kilometers travelled. This method is disadvantageous for drivers, since the final amount is not known before the start of the trip.

Personal requirements for the applicant:

  1. Males from 23 to 50 years old;
  2. Availability of category C, D, E;
  3. Mandatory experience in international transportation of at least two years;
  4. Beginner level of knowledge of Polish and English.
