All these experiments ended in failure from the point of view of the main civilizations, since the energy exchange itself does not bring those return states, those investments that were made in the mind of a person in terms of his upbringing, eventfulness, since the Earth-Gaia coefficients exclude the basic parameters of this energy exchange, in tens and hundreds of times reduce the state of fear in the necessary equivalents in relation to events, but only bring a state of anxiety, confusion, etc. WITH The very essence of energy exchange in the 3rd dimension has already been lost forever, and therefore, these civilizations are beginning to transform space so far only in the direction of its change in relation to the created coefficients, which today prevent the old energy exchange from being carried out and are trying to switch to a new one. It is extremely difficult to lead a person into a new direction, a state with a destructive energy exchange, since it is necessary not only to identify him according to the main parameters of life, but also to create a new shell of dependence, a new shell of participation in relation to a new scenario that does not exist. Therefore, according to the 3rd dimension, a rather strong decrease in energy exchange is observed, and it is expressed by tens of percent in relation to the values of the previous year. This means that in the near future there will be a collapse, a shortage of energy exchange, which will exceed more than 50% of those investments that will be invested in the space system. At this point, point X will come when the civilizations of the main plan themselves will either be forced to leave the stage, leaving space for the next civilizations, or continue to change the scenario plan in the direction determined by the growth of human consciousness, human experience. It is very difficult to do this, because time is lost, and the Earth-Gaia itself, its vibrations, which are reflected on the Monad, on space, on the entire system of reflection of perception, does not allow the old energy exchange coefficients to be missed, but only allows the creation of new, very thin, new property of destructive values, which are not so much destructive as interchangeable coefficients that can somehow support the energy component in the form of energy exchange.
It is rather difficult to explain, but these processes are underway, they take place in some consciousnesses, but in order to do this, it is necessary to create a completely different scenario, society, and different rules of the game. As for the transitional scenario, the 4D space in which they are fixed, and in which the additional participants in this experiment are fixed, then all of them are determined in a state of forward movement, a state of disidentification of consciousness with old coefficients, possibilities, options, depending on their eventfulness. This means that the aspiration of their goals will not only change, but also be transformed in completely different categories, meanings, definitions. This work is already underway, including by our civilization, and by the civilization of Sirius, and by the civilization of Orion in a small amount, by the civilization of Arcturus, etc. All of them create conditions, parameters of experience, which will be aimed at obtaining a transitional state of a person, which is listed as constructive, as cleared of the old values of the 3rd dimension.

If today we take the state of human consciousness, the state of its cell, then the presence of coefficients of 3 dimensions, coefficients of a destructive type will be more than 30%, in some even 60%, and this suggests that the transition itself is impossible for such participants with in terms of their immersion in 4D space. For this, situations, events, certain informative flows have been developed that will create a structure for understanding space and its vision around the consciousness of the observer, exercises, simulators, circumstances, new system visualizations, etc. This is a whole range of activities that will be given to you separately when this phenomenon becomes widespread and will require not only an explanation, but also certain practices that will be combined with the experience of those civilizations that have traveled this path. In itself, immersion in 4D space, the space of transition, is a difficult life period, since each person will have their own individual path, individual recipe, disidentification in relation to 3D space. Taking into account all the conditions of the route schedule, and based on the experience of previous years, you can make a list of mandatory events. Among them:

Please do not allow yourself to set up sound equipment, tables and microphones before the start of the event. Guests of the ship should see the already prepared site.
10-15 minutes before departure, the methodologist invites guests to the sun deck (in case of bad weather, to the conference room). At this time, musical accompaniment on a river theme should be turned on, animators welcome everyone, a pop musician sings a cheerful welcome song.
Then, the animation team must take out and distribute Balloons guests. With the departure of the ship on a voyage with loud cries of "Hurrah", everyone launches them into the air, wishing for good weather and a successful trip. All this, as more interesting and lively as possible, the animators must explain, beat at the same time as the distribution of balls. For example, lie that the balloons will please the sun and we will be provided with good weather, etc.
Please, calculate the time of music, removal and distribution of balls in advance, as this must happen BEFORE the ship leaves for the voyage!!!
As soon as the ship leaves, the methodist (or radio operator) turns on the march “Farewell to the Slavyanka”, at this moment the musical accompaniment of the sun deck must be turned off. After waiting 10-15 seconds, the animators announce that they are ready to launch the balls. For example, on the count of three, we shout “Hurrah!” as loudly and joyfully as possible. and release the balls!
The bridge under which the ship passes (when departing from St. Petersburg) must also be beaten. Ask tourists to close their eyes before entering under the bridge, make a wish and open their eyes only when the bridge is passed, etc.
Please do not leave the site in silence until the ship's crew arrives on it. Rehearse the applause with which everyone will greet the captain, tell a little about what awaits the guests of the ship during the trip, recommend dressing warmer, hold a competition, sing a song, etc. and so on. Do not lower the emotional level of the event, communicate with guests constantly. Serve the exit of the crew as solemnly as possible.
The appearance of the captain, director of the restaurant, ship's medical officer and passenger assistant should be sounded with solemn fanfare or march.
After the welcoming speech of the crew, all guests will be offered champagne. During the buffet, the passenger assistant will introduce the animation team to the guests.
ATTENTION! Sometimes the presentation of the tour team takes place at a welcome concert or information meeting. Coordinate this moment with the passenger assistant!
After the end of the official part, do not leave the site in silence. A DJ plays background music or a pop musician performs songs.

Welcome concert - an event where our guests can get acquainted with the animation team of the ship. Each artist must show himself from the most favorable side, sing, dance or tell what interesting things await the guests if they visit his program. Animators introduce each of the artists, briefly telling (before or after the performance) about where and when you can visit his events. Coordinate this information with the passenger assistant.
Please do not limit the welcome concert to just a concert program. Classical entertainer is not suitable for this event. Work interactively, that is, in direct communication with the viewer. Beat each performance, come up with original eyeliners for each concert number! This recommendation applies to all subsequent concert events.
For example: “There are many wonderful and interesting people working on our ship, and even unique people. You probably won't believe me, but we even have our own organist! Yes, this is true and, moreover, I want to surprise and puzzle you even more, because he always carries his Organ with him! Have you guessed who we are talking about yet? "Chance" is a lottery ticket/card that is drawn at the final gala concert in the form of a lottery, followed by the presentation of prizes. Please coordinate the draw form with the passenger assistant.
The competition program of the presentation concert should not be long and tiring, as it is a kind of interlude to what guests will see during the cruise.
End the concert with a common song (all members of the tour team). For example, "We are itinerant artists." However, if there is a person with a poetic gift in the creative team, compose your own.
Morning work-out.
Charging is a very important part of the day. How you spend it depends on how the day of our guests begins and continues. Your task is not so much to warm them up physically, but to charge them with cheerfulness, optimism and good mood.
Dry, technical exercises will not wake anyone up, they will only tire you out and make you want to rest. Add some creativity and fantasy to your work!
Example 1: Assign exercises that fit the theme of our journey. Movements based on commands: left rudder, right rudder, bow, stern, scrub the deck, captain on board (quietly), circle, equal, become in height ... Movements of marine animals (animals in general). The movements of the captain, cabin boy, cook ... Movements of the elements: Water, Earth, Fire (Sun), Air (wind), Metal (ship). Depending on the schedule and the contingent of guests, the dance class can be divided into adults and children. But the essence remains the same. Taking into account the wishes of the tourists, the sports instructor must choose a dance, or several, that will be learned during the flight. Please note that the sports instructor must provide all musical materials himself.
In addition to the goal of teaching guests the basics of dance, you should invite them to participate in the final gala concert. They can perform both with newly learned dances and with their own repertoire. You are required to help rehearse, edit, provide costumes (your own or from the props available on board the ship).
If a tourist asks you to work with him individually, you do not refuse him. Coordinate the place and time of the lesson with the passenger assistant and inform the tourist about it.
If the guests don't have any particular preferences regarding the dance to be studied, offer something to your liking. It is very good if you manage to stage something comic, lively, energetic. However, it all depends on the contingent, creativity and mood of the guests.
Children's room, children's entertainment program.
The program involved: children's animator, educator, DJ (as needed).
If the layout of the ship allows, then our little tourists during the day spend time in the "Children's Room" with a teacher. Remember, the mood of the children depends on the mood of their parents and not only. Noisy kids running around the decks rarely please anyone. Therefore, the educator should make every effort to interest them in himself. Conduct outdoor games, learn to sing, draw, turn on cartoons. During the cruise, you can prepare and organize an original exhibition of children's drawings, always encouraged by prizes. Please coordinate the holding of the exhibition and the presentation of prizes with the passenger assistant.
Also during the cruise, if time permits, children's entertainment programs can be assigned as a passenger assistant. Conduct "Joyful Starts", "Treasure Hunt", come up with a program based on the plot of popular fairy and movie stories.
Traditionally, on board our ships, together with the ship's restaurant, a "Sweet Holiday for Children" is held, during which the little guests are offered tea, cake and pastries from the restaurant's chef.
You can come up with a scenario for this holiday yourself, but take into account the following proven scheme:

Turn your performances into concert numbers, not background music. Position "classical musician" cruise ships differs in that the public comes to the ship's bar for a concert program, so they perceive the artists not as background music in a bar!!!

The basis of the program is a variety of interactive games in which guests selected from the hall compete. The jury, also consisting of the guests of the ship, evaluates the participants, and at the end determines the winner. The rest of the participants are also given titles, such as "Vice-Miss", "Princess of the Cruise", "Knight of the Cruise", "Boss of the Cruise" and so on. It is better to present personal certificates at the final "Gala Concert" before the drawing of "Chances"

Scenario plan of the program "Day of Neptune" can be anything. It is desirable to conduct this program on the "sun deck" of the ship. This program consists of two stages: 1.
