These rules establish the internal regulations of the stay in PARK HOTEL PORTO MARE, the rules of settlement, the rules for using the property of the Hotel and the scope of services provided, the responsibility of the Hotel and the Guest.

Rules are developed in accordance with the Law Russian Federation"On Protection of Consumer Rights" on the basis of the "Rules for the provision hotel services in the Russian Federation”, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 09, 2015 No. 1085 and Federal Law No. 15-FZ of February 23, 2013 “On protecting the health of citizens from the effects of second hand tobacco smoke and the consequences of tobacco consumption”

1.GENERAL PROVISIONS :

1.1. The term "Hotel" should be understood as: the territory of the PORTO MARE PARK HOTEL and other facilities that ensure its functioning, the Administration.

1.2. The term “Hotel Guest” should be understood as a person located on the territory of the Hotel using the services of the Hotel, including accommodation services.

1.3. The term "Hotel Visitor" should be understood as a person who is on the territory of the hotel, using the services of the hotel, without accommodation services, on the basis of receipts for payment for the services of the Hotel, confirming the basis of lawful stay on the territory of the hotel, or at the agreed application of the Hotel Guest.

1.4. The term “Service rendered” should be understood as an action taken by the Hotel employees to fulfill their obligations in accordance with the law “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and others. regulations regulating different kinds activities.

1.5. The concept of “Gross violation of the rules of staying at the Hotel” should be understood as a situation in which the behavior of the Guest prevents the administration of the Hotel and its staff from properly fulfilling their obligations to ensure the rest of other Guests of the Hotel or his actions offend the honor and dignity of the service personnel, the Guests of the Hotel, as well as violates these Rules and norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.6. The term "Contractor" should be understood as a legal entity providing accommodation and accommodation services at the PARK-HOTEL PORTO MARE, located at the address: Republic of Crimea, Alushta, Perekopskaya street, 18.

1.7. Booking rules for hotel services, cancellation of reservations, liability for cancellation of bookings, conditions for reducing the period of stay are placed in the "Rules for booking hotel services at PARK HOTEL PORTO MARE".

2. ACCOMMODATION RULES

2.1. Checkout time - 11:00. Check-in time - 15:00.

The operating mode of the Hotel is round-the-clock.

2.2. Upon check-in, the guest must provide:

  • passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, passport of a citizen of the USSR, identity document of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation (foreign passport), birth certificate of persons under the age of 14 years.
  • A foreign citizen or a stateless person: a passport of a foreign citizen (another document recognized by the Russian Federation as a document proving the identity of a foreigner), a birth certificate of persons under the age of 14, a document of a foreign state recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a person without citizenship, temporary residence permit for a stateless person, residence permit for a stateless person. For foreigners from countries with a visa regime in relation to Russia, a visa valid for the entire period of stay at the Hotel and a migration card.

2.3. Upon check-in, the Hotel administrator issues to the Guest:

  • Map Guest

The Guest Card is a pass to the territory of the Hotel, to the beach, to the restaurant. Presented upon arrival for breakfast and dinner "buffet", set lunch.

  • Map "Towel card" .

2.4. Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation, full cavaliers of the Order of Glory have the right to extraordinary accommodation at the PORTO MARE PARK HOTEL, subject to availability; employees of the prosecutor's office, employees of the internal affairs bodies, employees of the judiciary, courier communications, tax service, employees of federal government communications and information bodies (in the performance of their official duties); - Disabled people of the 1st group and persons accompanying them (no more than one person); other categories of citizens in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation; - Participants of the Great Patriotic War, invalids of the 2nd and 3rd groups and persons accompanying them, settle in the hotel in the first place, as the places are vacated.

2.5. Children accommodation:

  • Children under 3 years old are accommodated free of charge. Extra bed (adults, children from 3 to 12 years old) is paid according to the approved tariff.
  • Children from 14 to 18 years old can be accommodated without adults (parents, accompanying persons) only with a notarized consent of the parents.

2.6. The administrator of the reception and accommodation service draws up the Guest's registration card indicating the Guest's full name, check-in/out date, room number, the Guest's signature, and also gives the Guest a key to access the room. The key is issued for the entire stay at the Hotel.

2.7. By submitting documents, the Guest gives his consent to the Hotel for the collection, storage, processing and destruction of his personal data after 2 years (for the purposes established by the legislation of the Russian Federation).

2.8. Payment for accommodation services is carried out according to the price list approved by the Contractor in Russian rubles.

2.9. Registration of Guests who are citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of stay in the hotel is carried out in accordance with the Rules for the registration and deregistration of citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of stay and at the place of residence within the Russian Federation, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 1995. No. 713 “On Approval of the Rules for the Registration and Deregistration of Citizens of the Russian Federation at the Place of Stay and Place of Residence within the Russian Federation and the List of Persons Responsible for Acceptance and Transfer to Registration Authorities of Documents for Registration and Deregistration of Citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of stay and at the place of residence within the Russian Federation.

2.10. Registration at the Hotel of minors under the age of 14 is carried out on the basis of documents proving the identity of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians) or close relatives, accompanying person (persons), a document certifying the authority of the accompanying person (persons), as well as the birth certificates of these minors.

2.11. The registration of a foreign citizen and a stateless person at the place of stay in the Hotel and their deregistration at the place of stay are carried out in accordance with the Rules for the implementation of migration registration foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 15, 2007 No. 9 “On the procedure for the implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation”.

2.12. The hotel has the right to refuse to check in the Guest for objective reasons:

  • The guest is in a state of strong alcoholic, toxic intoxication, expresses obscene language, is rude, violates public order, has animals, birds, reptiles, as well as explosive, combustible and lubricating, active-dangerous chemicals and / or cylinders with liquefied or under pressure with gases, etc., violates the requirements for Guests arriving at the Hotel.
  • In case of non-compliance with the requirement of paragraph 2.1.4. these rules of residence.

2.14. If a child with a disease is detected: ARVI (acute respiratory viral infection), OKZ (acute intestinal disease) upon check-in, as well as during the stay of the Guests, the Hotel provides the Guests with the right to choose: check-in to another hotel, check-in for the entire period of the disease in an isolation ward, hospitalization to the hospital in accordance with the program of compulsory medical insurance of citizens. The presence of a medical certificate of the epidemiological environment from the place of residence of the child cannot be the reason for the refusal of parents to preliminarily examine the children by the Hotel's pediatrician when checking into the Hotel.

In case of non-compliance with the requirements of this clause, the Guest must leave the territory of the Hotel as soon as possible, while the Hotel returns to the Guest the money paid for services, minus the cost of services already provided, within three working days.

2.15. In the event that an application for booking a room (rooms) is not received through the fault of the Guest, they are accommodated at the Hotel subject to availability.

3.2. During the stay of Guests in rooms with kitchen areas, all responsibility for the correct and safe use of kitchen equipment, cleanliness of dishes, storage of prepared food, etc. lies on the guests. It is forbidden to cook food for commercial use, using open flames, with a sharp specific smell.

3.3. It is forbidden to stay in the room and on the territory of visitors of the living Guest. The Visitor of the Hotel Guest can get acquainted with the Hotel and its infrastructure only when accompanied by the Hotel's employees.

3.4. The territory of the Hotel, entrances, internal stairs and the hall are monitored by video cameras. All information is recorded, recorded on digital media and stored. The Guest does not object and agrees to the use of video surveillance systems in the Hotel premises.

3.5. Rooms are cleaned daily. Bed linen is changed every three days. The towel is changed if the Guest leaves it on the floor, or as needed. 3.6. Room service can be ordered for an additional fee. 3.8. Payment for accommodation is carried out on hotel days.

3.8.1. In the period from November 01 to April 30, in case of early check-in from 00.00 minutes to the established check-out time, subject to prior notification of the hotel and the availability of confirmation of the possibility of such accommodation, the fee is charged for half a day at the standard rate according to the hotel price list. In case of a delay in the departure of the Guest, the accommodation fee is charged in the following order:

  • from 3 to 6 hours - payment for half a day;
  • from 6 to 24 hours after the checkout time - payment for a full day.

3.8.2. In the period from May 01 to October 31, in case of early check-in from 00.00 minutes to the established check-out time, subject to prior notification of the Hotel and the availability of confirmation of the possibility of such accommodation, the fee is charged per night at the standard rate according to the price list of the Hotel. In case of a delay in the departure of the Guest from 3 hours to 24 hours, the fee is charged for the day of stay at the standard rate according to the price list of the Hotel.

3.8.3. The minimum paid period for the stay of Guests at the Hotel is one day (24 hours).

3.9. Personal security, who arrived with the Guest, must be in the Guest's room (payment for accommodation according to the hotel price list) or separately removed number for security (payment for accommodation according to the hotel price list) or outside the Hotel. On the territory of the Hotel, bodyguards must be without weapons.

3.10. In the absence of the Guest in the room for more than a day after the checkout time, the performer has the right to create a commission and make an inventory of the property in the room. Material assets are registered and transferred for storage according to the rules for storing forgotten things. The number is not reserved for the Guest.

3.11. Authorized employees of the Hotel have the right to enter the premises of the room, during the absence of the Guest, in case of operational necessity.

3.12. In case of gross violation of the rules public safety and public order, public morality or fire safety rules on the part of the Guest or a visitor of the Hotel, the Hotel has the right to terminate the contract for the provision of services immediately, draw up an act on this violation with the invitation, if necessary, law enforcement officers.

3.13. In case of detection of acute diseases in the Guests of their children during their stay: ARVI, OKZ, the Hotel provides the Guests with the right to choose: accommodation in another hotel, accommodation for the entire period of the disease in an isolation ward, the right to treatment in a hospital in accordance with the program of compulsory medical insurance of citizens. Exacerbation of a chronic disease, according to indications, consultation and hospitalization in the hospital in accordance with the program of compulsory medical insurance of citizens. In case of non-compliance with the requirements of this clause, the Guest must leave the territory of the Hotel as soon as possible, while the Hotel returns to the Guest the money paid for services, minus the cost of services already provided, within three working days.

3.14. The book of reviews and suggestions is located at the Hotel administrator and is provided at the first request of the Guest. Comments and complaints are considered no later than one month from the date of filing the complaint.

3.15. In the event of a reduction in the period of stay at the initiative of the Guest, the Hotel returns to the Guest the funds paid as payment for services, minus the cost of services already provided and the amount of expenses actually incurred by the Hotel, equal to the number of days of accommodation ordered by the Guest within three working days.

4. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST, HOTEL VISITOR.

4.1. The Guest / Visitor, in accordance with the Legislation of the Russian Federation, compensates for the damage in cases of loss or damage to property due to the fault of the Guest / Visitor.

You need to understand:

  • the amount of damage caused by the loss of hotel property is determined taking into account market prices.
  • in case of flooding of the room, damage to furniture, glass, other property due to the fault of the Guest / visitor, they are paid the cost of repair and restoration work and downtime of the room during its repair.
  • in case of damage to inventory: bedspreads, bedding, furniture, lighting fixtures, floor coverings, etc., the guest / visitor pays the cost of their cleaning
  • if it is impossible to restore the original appearance of things (property of the hotel), the Guest / visitor pays their retail value at the time of damage.

If there are facts of damage caused by the Guest / visitor, the Hotel employees draw up an act of damage to the Hotel's property in triplicate: the first is transferred to the hotel's accounting department, the second - to the financially responsible person, in whose calculation the damaged property of the Hotel is located, and the third is handed over to the payer - the Guest / visitor

4.2. Animators and employees of the living corner only help organize leisure time, parents are responsible for children.

4.3. In case of smoking in the room or on the balcony, the Guest pays for the service "Elimination of the effects of tobacco smoke" in the amount of 3,000 (three thousand) rubles", in case of repeated violation of the Rules of Residence in the form of smoking in the room or on the balcony, the Guest must leave the Hotel territory in as soon as possible, the Hotel returns to the Guest the money paid for services, minus the cost of services already rendered and the amount of expenses actually incurred by the Hotel, equal to the number of days of accommodation ordered by the Guest within three working days

5. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR

5.1. The Hotel Administration is responsible for the safety of the Guest's personal belongings in the room, with the exception of: Money, valuables and securities, as well as jewelry. The Contractor is not responsible for property, money, jewelry and documents left unattended by guests on the territory of the hotel.

5.2. The Hotel is responsible for the loss of money, valuables, securities, jewelry of the Guest, provided that they were accepted by the Contractor for storage or placed by the Guest in an individual safe provided to him by the Hotel. The Hotel is released from liability for the non-safety of the contents of such a safe, if it proves that, under the terms of storage, access to the safe by anyone without the knowledge of the Guest was impossible or became possible due to force majeure. The guest, who discovers the loss or damage of his belongings, is obliged to immediately inform the Hotel administration about this. Otherwise, the Contractor shall be released from liability for the non-safety of things.

5.3. The Hotel is not liable to the Guest for direct or indirect losses and/or lost profits resulting from the temporary absence of telephone and/or mobile (cellular) communications and/or access to the Internet and/or interruptions in their implementation, as well as for other circumstances beyond the control of the Hotel.

5.4. The Hotel is not responsible for the health of the Guest or the visitor of the Hotel if he consumes drinks and products purchased outside the Hotel.

5.5. The hotel is not responsible for the work of public and service services (emergency power outage, and as a result of elevators, water supply).

5.6. The Hotel is not responsible for failure to fulfill its obligations and damage caused to the Guest's property due to force majeure circumstances of insuperable force (flood, hail, other weather conditions and natural disasters, military operations, a national crisis, strikes in an industry or region, actions and decisions of state bodies authorities, failures in telecommunications or energy networks, actions of malicious programs or third parties aimed at unauthorized access or disabling of a software or hardware complex), and also does not compensate for the moral damage caused by them to the Guest.

6. IT IS FORBIDDEN ON THE HOTEL TERRITORY

The use of tees and extension cords, personal electrical appliances, including heating ones (electric stove, electric kettle, iron, etc.), except when these appliances are included in the standard equipment of the room or issued for use by the Hotel staff. 6.7. Storage and unauthorized use of pyrotechnic products.

3.8.3. The minimum paid period for the stay of Guests at the Hotel is one day (24 hours).

3.9. Personal security, who arrived with the Guest, must be in the Guest's room (payment for accommodation according to the hotel price list) or in a separately rented room for security (payment for accommodation according to the hotel price list) or outside the Hotel. 3.10. In the absence of the Guest in the room for more than a day after the checkout time, the performer has the right to create a commission and make an inventory of the property in the room. Material assets are registered and transferred for storage according to the rules for storing forgotten things. The number is not reserved for the Guest.

3.11. Authorized employees of the Hotel have the right to enter the premises of the room, during the absence of the Guest, in case of operational necessity.

3.12. In the event of a gross violation of the rules of public safety and public order, public morality or fire safety rules by the Guest or a visitor of the Hotel, the Hotel has the right to terminate the service agreement immediately, draw up an act on this violation with the invitation, if necessary, law enforcement officers.

3.13. In case of detection of acute diseases in the Guests of their children during their stay: ARVI, OKZ, the Hotel provides the Guests with the right to choose: accommodation in another hotel, accommodation for the entire period of the disease in an isolation ward, the right to treatment in a hospital in accordance with the program of compulsory medical insurance of citizens. 3.14. The book of reviews and suggestions is located at the Hotel administrator and is provided at the first request of the Guest. Comments and complaints are considered no later than one month from the date of filing the complaint.

3.15. In the event of a reduction in the period of stay at the initiative of the Guest, the Hotel returns to the Guest the funds paid as payment for services, minus the cost of services already provided and the amount of expenses actually incurred by the Hotel, equal to the number of days of accommodation ordered by the Guest within three working days.

4. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST, HOTEL VISITOR.

4.1. The Guest / Visitor, in accordance with the Legislation of the Russian Federation, compensates for the damage in cases of loss or damage to property due to the fault of the Guest / Visitor.

  • the amount of damage caused by the loss of hotel property is determined taking into account market prices.
  • in case of flooding of the room, damage to furniture, glass, other property due to the fault of the Guest / visitor, they are paid the cost of repair and restoration work and downtime of the room during its repair.

If there are facts of damage caused by the Guest / visitor, the Hotel employees draw up an act of damage to the Hotel's property in triplicate: the first is transferred to the hotel's accounting department, the second - to the financially responsible person, in whose calculation the damaged property of the Hotel is located, and the third is handed over to the payer - the Guest / visitor

4.3. 5. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR

5.1. The Hotel Administration is responsible for the safety of the Guest's personal belongings in the room, with the exception of: cash, valuables and securities, as well as jewelry. The Contractor is not responsible for property, money, jewelry and documents left unattended by guests on the territory of the hotel.

5.2. The Hotel is responsible for the loss of money, valuables, securities, jewelry of the Guest, provided that they were accepted by the Contractor for storage or placed by the Guest in an individual safe provided to him by the Hotel. The Hotel is released from liability for the non-safety of the contents of such a safe, if it proves that, under the terms of storage, access to the safe by anyone without the knowledge of the Guest was impossible or became possible due to force majeure. The guest, who discovers the loss or damage of his belongings, is obliged to immediately inform the Hotel administration about this. Otherwise, the Contractor shall be released from liability for the non-safety of things.

5.3. The Hotel is not liable to the Guest for direct or indirect losses and/or lost profits resulting from the temporary absence of telephone and/or mobile (cellular) communications and/or access to the Internet and/or interruptions in their implementation, as well as for other circumstances beyond the control of the Hotel.

5.4. The Hotel is not responsible for the health of the Guest or the visitor of the Hotel if he consumes drinks and products purchased outside the Hotel.

5.5. The hotel is not responsible for the work of public and service services (emergency power outage, and as a result of elevators, water supply).

5.6. The Hotel is not responsible for failure to fulfill its obligations and damage caused to the Guest's property due to force majeure circumstances of insuperable force (flood, hail, other weather conditions and natural disasters, military operations, a national crisis, strikes in an industry or region, actions and decisions of state bodies authorities, failures in telecommunications or energy networks, actions of malicious programs or third parties aimed at unauthorized access or disabling of a software or hardware complex), and also does not compensate for the moral damage caused by them to the Guest.

6. IT IS FORBIDDEN ON THE HOTEL TERRITORY

The use of tees and extension cords, personal electrical appliances, including heating ones (electric stove, electric kettle, iron, etc.), except when these appliances are included in the standard equipment of the room or issued for use by the Hotel staff. 6.7. Storage and unauthorized use of pyrotechnic products.
