The concept of "service" is absent from the printsepe, just like the concept of "customer focus". What they think, how they think, so they say. Zero courtesy. There is no safe in the room. If you plan to take the opportunity to leave something valuable for a short period of time (for example, while you are at the beach) in the safe at the reception - forget it. This option is closed. The safety of the personal belongings of the guests is not ensured in any way. Passage yard - whoever wants to come in. The condition of the rooms - by the way, we had a junior suite (very loudly said) - is disgusting. It's scary to sleep on the beds, they're about to fall apart. Dirty (although garbage is thrown out every day, but at the same time, at 8 or 9 in the morning, the cleaner quietly knocks on the door and, if no one opens after a couple of seconds, she breaks in), they clean it only on request, towels are not changed, plumbing is not cleaned. There is no glass in the bathroom to put toothbrushes, no soap dish. Nowhere to dry towels. One plus is a large balcony with a good view. The building was built in 1912. Somewhere they are trying to repair something. The furniture in the game room is better in the garbage. Horror. Cafe - a separate issue. Luckily we only took breakfast. The set of dishes is poor. Dirty tables, dirty chairs, dirty dishes. The food is edible, not poisoned, and thank God. We did not go to the beach belonging to the hotel. For some reason, the water there was dirty and smelly, as if sewage was discharged there. Walked at a distance, where the purest water. As a conclusion: the price does not match the quality at all. If the hotel staff does not change their attitude towards guests, in a couple of years no one will come to them at all. I doubt very much that in general someone will want to return to Ligo Morskaya for the second time.

I chose this hotel because of the location of the village of Simeiz. And she was satisfied! We managed to see a lot and relax by the sea. We lived in the climatic pavilion for 10 days. The visit is not large, everything you need is there: a refrigerator, a kettle, a fan, a chest of drawers and 2 beds. Literally under the window the sea is magical! The bathroom is shared, there were no problems with visiting! We dined several times in the canteen - delicious and cheap. After 5 days of stay, they changed the linen and washed the floors in the room) The territory is large, if there are many cozy corners. It is possible to use the barbecue. 👍 Cats living in the hotel are charming! We liked everything very much. Thank you Of the shortcomings: the photo on the site is certainly nicer than it actually is, but I got to know the hotel in advance and in other social networks, so there was no disappointment.

We thank the tour operator "Biblio-Globus" for wonderful holiday in Simeiz! First of all, we were pleased with the clear organization - we were given a comfortable plane, met and taken to the hotel. True, it was very inconvenient when the transfer took all the vacationers to different points, which is why they had to go to another village and the trip was tiring and long. The Ligo Morskaya Hotel is located in an amazingly beautiful place, where it is only a few meters from the sea (this is very important, considering how other vacationers in Simeiz reached it for half an hour). The hotel itself requires a major overhaul, but its dilapidation, rather, gives it some kind of old plume, you could feel the spirit of the times (the hotel was built in 1912). A very beautiful area, where there are many flowers, plants, benches, you can take great photos and take a walk. There are many funny kittens running around on the territory) We lived in an economy room for 6 nights, where the windows overlooked the seashore - so we fell asleep and woke up to its noise. At first it was unusual and disturbing, but then they got used to it, it even calmed) The sea is very clean and warm, the beach is good, however, no one told us that sunbeds are paid. Cons: The rooms are not cleaned at all. We had to sweep and mop the floor ourselves! And the room was very dirty, spiders hung and bugs crawled. Staff, please solve the problem with cleaning, this is not the first time they have written about this, it is also impossible. And one more thing - please do not take food, it is simply terrible and is served in dirty dishes. It is better to go to cafes in Simeiz, since there are many of them and all are very good, especially the Jerzy restaurant in the park and the Vinograd cafe near the bus station. Or buy food at the Ulyanovsk grocery store. It is not so expensive, the prices are much lower than in Moscow. In general, we liked everything very much, we arrived rested and under a pleasant impression!

Good afternoon. lived in the climate pavilion from July 13 to 23, 2019 - the first room - one wall opens onto a terrace with a balcony - therefore the room does not heat up so much (there are no air conditioners - you can make a draft - open the window and the door). nearby in a separate building 2 toilets 2 showers for women - cleaned with bleach every day - and a separate room for men. I recommend taking an extension cord with you - there are not enough sockets - there is a good metal kettle in the room (does not smell) and a refrigerator. also clothespins, a radio and a portable table lamp with LEDs - since there is only one common light in the room - there are no table lamps, and rubber slippers - to swim in the sea - rather large pebbles. in general, I liked everything very much -beautiful views, the sound of waves and the starry sky. were aimed a lot of swimming and sunbathing, and the beach right in front of this contributes. took breakfast - optional porridge, for the second - a casserole or pancakes or cheesecakes - quite satisfying and tasty. the ascent to the bus station and canteens takes 15 minutes, the hotel is located at the foot of the hill, so for those who have such heavy loads, it is definitely better to take food at the hotel. or there is an inexpensive Dolphin cafe on the beach of the hotel - it mainly has pizza - hearty and tasty in the region of 300 rubles. the market has very tasty local fruits and vegetables, in general, for those who have a goal to relax on a budget and not sit in a room, but to travel to nearby attractions and get enough of the sea, sun, fruits, then the hotel is definitely suitable for these purposes)

Economy rooms, of course, there are economy rooms, but for such a price, in addition to a modest room, you get a magnificent park, proximity to the sea and a very peaceful and calm atmosphere, attentive staff. The hotel is suitable for those who are tired of the hustle and bustle big city and loves nature. We rested in this hotel in early May in an economy room (climato pavilion). I will say right away, do not save money and take a room with a higher class, since the conditions in the climate pavilion, to put it mildly, are not very good. The only plus is that the sea is 10 meters away and the window offers a gorgeous view. The room itself is small, the windows are shabby wooden, sealed with adhesive tape, the curtains cover only half of the window, cobwebs hang everywhere in the corners. From the furniture in the room there were 2 beds (one double bed with an old mattress and one single bed), linen and towels not the first freshness, a refrigerator (old, but it works) a kettle (which seems to have been washed last year), a broken fan, there is an entrance hall with a mirror and a small closet, a table and 2 cabinets (but the furniture is all different and broken, there are no handles, shelves fell off somewhere). The linoleum was splattered with paint, and cobwebs hung in the corners. The bathroom and shower are located on the floor. For all the time of our stay in the room and the bathroom, no one has ever been cleaned, there was no toilet paper, we had to take out the garbage ourselves. Since it is not yet a season and there are few people resting, the cafe did not work, which was very inconvenient for us, we had to look for where to eat. In general, I don’t advise you to go here in the summer, people are always screaming under the windows starting from 7 in the morning, and because. the sea is 10 meters away, then you will not be able to sleep, during the day music is yelling in the cafe on the beach, there is no air conditioning, and the fan will not save you from the sun. There is no beach near the hotel itself, stones are everywhere, I can’t imagine how and where to swim here.
