Last time we rested in the neighboring Koral, there are absolutely no options there, there are no balconies in any of the rooms. Everything is very simple, if the voucher does not indicate a room with a balcony, then a surcharge will be asked for a balcony if there are free rooms. For my room, the supplement was 60 dirhams per day. Judging by the reviews of other tourists, some got a balcony as a bonus, at no extra charge.
