Reviews about this hotel on different sites are not very good (most often we are talking about "killed" rooms), which scared us before the trip, but we took the risk anyway, and not in vain. Our trip was in the "dead" season - the beginning of December, for 3 nights on weekdays. For this period - excellent, there were very few people, at dinners, in indoor pool, in the children's room - just class! Nevertheless, the entertainment program for the day (mainly for children) was still announced and quite extensive, we did not always see it, probably there was no demand. In the evening we went to a mini disco for children, the animator girl was just wonderful, she entertained the children as best she could) I suspect that in the high season it may not be so comfortable here, since the public infrastructure of the hotel in relation to the number of rooms is not very large. We werewith a child of 1.5 years, so a review for parents of small children: the children's room is just a class, a lot of different toys, spacious, with a very pleasant teacher. I would leave a child for her (this is possible without parents from the age of 3). There is even a prefix for dads in the game room. A baby cot was brought to the room immediately upon request - wooden, with a pillow and a set of bed linen, but we did not use it, because seemed to be low. In the "rrrestaurant" there is a separate table for children, with children's dishes, in the form of a typewriter, a blender for kids, a microwave. There are boiled vegetables, ie. You can also make puree. There is always broth on the children's table (a plus for us, with its help they "built" chicken soup for the child when he was not at the adult distribution). With regards to food for adults, it is quite diverse, it is clear that they are trying to make the widest possible menu from a certain set of products. You definitely won’t leave hungry, but don’t expect special enthusiasm about food either. But in general, the day did not fall for the day, there were quite tasty dishes. Many different salads, sauces, there is always a choice of meat and fish dishes. Cons - bread and pastries, cheap and tasteless. Stuffing in pancakes or dumplings - it is impossible to eat, it is clear that the most cheap option. A big minus is that there is no composition of the dishes, at least an approximate one, at least the type of meat (what is in the salad or in cutlets?) I don’t eat pork and sausage, it was inconvenient for me to guess where they are. Just put a small sign next to it. Well, often half-eaten for breakfast turned out to be in a different interpretation for lunch. For me, this is not a minus, it is thrift. In general, it’s more of a plus for food, there are intermediate meals (snacks, sandwiches, some cold snacks), but we didn’t really use it. I liked the deluxe room, interesting design, like the whole hotel, sea view, balcony, I just forgot to warn you at the check-out about the annoying creaking door to the bathroom (504). They cleaned every day and the room was quite clean. The bed was large with a double mattress which is a big plus. Summary: I would return to this hotel, in general I liked it!…

The buffet has become much more modest than a year ago, we had a "superior" room in which there was black mold in the shower. The epic of our stay was that all night there was ventilation in the wall, or something else, in general, there was a rumble that did not let us sleep (room 215). Barely waited for 8 am and fled from this hotel. And yes, when we went to the reception in the morning to show how noisy in the room, the noise stopped)) in general, disgusting for this big money.

The only thing that pleased was the fast and free delivery of ice to the room.

As for food, you won’t see anything particularly refined either ... everything is like in a dining room, the smell of sweat from clothes is also appropriate. There are no good juices, everything resembles a diluted UPI. One of our rooms was of the “VIP” category, and on the second day of our stay, water began to pour from the ceiling directly into the crib, well, at least they moved to a similar room, but the situation is still unpleasant. Another moment was not very pleasant with the restaurant, we could not wait for the elevator to get from the 7th floor to the 8th, to the restaurant, we decided to go up the stairs, all the doors were locked, the waiter from the restaurant opened the doors for us and did not even say hello ... Staff courtesy is generally absent, everyone walks with disgruntled faces. Would we come back to this hotel, DEFINITELY NOT.

Apparently in order not to create a global congestion at the entrance, on December 31, the girls at the resettlement asked us to leave our passports and a certificate for the child at their reception so that we could pick it up later. But we were never reminded to pick up our documents. And they did not give them out when leaving the hotel. As a result, we drove from Anapa to Novorossiysk, turned around and drove back for documents. With a baby. This is definitely a bug. 3. Upon arrival on December 31, since we arrived with a baby, we did not take the New Year's banquet. No announcements were made to me during the check-in process. The first thing I did was go and take a picture of the meal schedule at the canteen with my phone. And we began to plan our time according to this schedule. What was my amazement when we came to dinner with the whole family and it turned out that dinner was canceled because they had a New Year's banquet. We stayed at the hotel from January 2 to January 6, 2020. And were very disappointed: - the service is terrible, Starting from the reception. The first impression was already ruined. The girls did not explain anything, did not tell. I had to extract from them answers to questions about the hotel and its services. Checked us in for over two hours. It's good that the chief administrator helped, for this special thanks to her, she quickly found free rooms for us and settled. What other administrators did not want to do, for reasons I do not understand. Questions are answered incorrectly. Before arriving, they gave one information on the phone several times, upon arrival they refuted it - “an informational mess”. The rooms are stale, the showers are moldy, the faucets are loose, the smell is bad, the lighting is terrible. Everything in the shower room is rusty. Children's chairs are dirty, it's unpleasant to put a child there, strollers are generally dilapidated. With the elevator, nothing is clear, as if a failure in the system. Sometimes I had to wait for a very long time with a small workload.

Minus one big, which covers all the pluses! No soundproofing! I can understand music until 23.00, no problem with that, clearly at 23.00 everything calmed down ... everything except the children! I understand that many parents came to rest, but these are your children and please watch your children! It just amazes me, what a disrespect for society! So if you want to sleep, then feel free to settle in freestanding buildings, it will be quieter there, but in the cool season it will be inconvenient to go to the spa.
