The following free baggage allowances are established:

• when booking a tour from March 15, 2019 and later for departures from May 1, 2019:

  Business- 1 piece up to 30 kg
• when booking a tour before March 15, 2019 and departing both before and after May 1, 2019:
  Economic- 1 piece up to 20 kg
  Business- 1 piece up to 30 kg

The following hand luggage standards have been established for domestic and international destinations:
maximum dimensions by the sum of three dimensions and each dimension in particular do not exceed 115 cm (55x40x20 cm).

On certain routes and for certain fares, there may be exceptions to the standard free baggage allowance conditions. The passenger will be notified about them when booking the transportation.

The free baggage allowance and carry-on baggage allowance applies to adults, children from 2 to 12 years old and children under 2 years old with a seat.

For children under the age of 2 years following without providing a separate seat, only free baggage allowance is allowed, which is 1 piece weighing no more than 10 kg and the sum of three dimensions no more than 203 cm. Hand luggage is not provided.

Combining two pieces of baggage into one is possible with a total weight of up to 30 kg.

The free baggage allowance does not apply to:
- passenger's belongings, regardless of their name and purpose, the packed dimensions of which exceed 203 cm (the total size of three dimensions of each piece of baggage), such baggage is considered oversized;
- hand luggage weighing more than 10 kg or dimensions that in the sum of three dimensions exceed 115 cm (55 × 40 × 20 cm).

– pets (birds), service dogs and food for the animal, with the exception of guide dogs accompanying visually impaired passengers.

Carriage of the above-mentioned baggage is paid based on its actual weight at the published baggage rates, regardless of other items of the passenger carried as baggage.

At check-in, the Passenger is obliged to present for weighing all the things carried by him, with the exception of items that he may need during boarding, disembarking or in flight:

• coat, fur coat, raincoat or plaid;
• holdall;
• book, magazine, newspaper;
• medicines, personal hygiene items;
• handbag or folder;
• food for the child in flight;
• baby cradle for a child up to 1 year old;
• umbrella or cane;
• folding chair (wheelchair) for a disabled person, etc.;

• amateur photo and video equipment,
• bouquet of flowers;

• Regardless of the actual dimensions, the passenger's special items listed below are considered as separate pieces of baggage, having a sum of three dimensions of 135 cm:
  • sleeping bag; backpack, knapsack or hiking bag; one pair of skis with related equipment; golf bag; bike; one pair of water skis; fishing equipment; sports equipment (bow, crossbow, sports arrows) and related equipment, weighing no more than 5 kg; musical instrument, the length of which does not exceed 100 cm.

• The free baggage allowance does not apply to:
  • on the Passenger's belongings, regardless of their name and purpose, the packed dimensions of which exceed 160 cm (the total size of three dimensions of each piece of baggage); on the Passenger's belongings, regardless of their name and purpose, with a weight of one piece exceeding 20 kg; on a TV, tape recorder, music center, PC weighing more than 10 kg in one piece; on flowers, plant seedlings, food greens, dried plants, branches of trees and shrubs with a total weight of more than 5 kg; for courier correspondence and parcels; on animals, with the exception of a guide dog accompanying a blind/deaf passenger.

Transportation of the said items, plants and correspondence is paid for as excess baggage according to their actual weight, regardless of the number of other items of the Passenger carried as baggage.

Excess baggage

The passenger is obliged to pay for the carriage of baggage, exceeding the free allowance (15kg), at the established rate in force on the day of payment, for the entire carriage to the destination.

The weight of a piece of excess baggage must not exceed 30 kg. Baggage exceeding the specified weight is registered as cargo in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods.

Transportation of special baggage

Binoculars, radios and radio transmitters, photographs and film equipment are accepted for carriage only packed in suitcases or boxes. The passenger is not allowed to carry these items and use them while on board the aircraft. As an exception, it is allowed to carry video cameras, film and photo equipment without the right to use them during the flight.
Batteries must be removed from the radio equipment, with the exception of stationary ones.

From the last Sunday of October to the last Sunday of March, on regular flights of the carrier, in addition to the free baggage allowance, regardless of the class of service, one set of equipment (ski/ski/snowboard) is allowed to be carried free of charge. Golf equipment
A set of golf clubs is transported free of charge if the total weight of the transported baggage, together with the golf set, does not exceed the established free allowances for this direction. If there is a total excess of baggage, the weight limit of a golf set is not more than 15 kg, then one set is payable only as per 6 kg or according to the actual weight (whichever is lower), the actual overweight of the piece / pieces of baggage subject to check-in is also subject to payment.
If the set exceeds 15 kg, then each additional kilogram is subject to payment at the current excess baggage rate for this direction.

Water equipment (water skis, surfboard)
A set of water skis is transported free of charge if the total weight of the transported baggage, together with water equipment, does not exceed the established free norms for this direction.
If there is a total excess of baggage and the maximum weight of water equipment (skis or surfboard) is not more than 15 kg, then one set is payable as per 3 kg or according to the actual weight (less is chosen), the actual overweight of the piece / pieces of baggage is also subject to payment subject to registration.

Transportation of hockey sticks and athletics poles
Transportation of hockey sticks and athletics poles is not included in the free baggage allowance and is charged at the oversized baggage rates established in each of both baggage transportation systems.

Transportation of musical instruments
Transportation of musical instruments is carried out both in the luggage compartment and in the passenger cabin.

Items and substances not accepted for carriage

• In order to ensure flight safety, the following items and substances that can cause harm to passengers, aircraft or property on board the Airline's aircraft are not accepted for carriage as baggage:

Flight of children

The passenger has the right to carry a child under 2 years old without providing a seat.
