We were met at the airport and taken by bus to our hotel and, to my surprise, they settled us in just 1 hour, and then I definitely began to trust this tour operator.

The only minus for me was that during the rest I was badly burned in the sun on the second day and I needed the help of doctors.

And when I called the insurance service, they told me that a car would come and take me to the hospital and get help there. Of course it was all done quickly and I had no problems about it. They did everything at the hospital and I felt much better, but there was a big problem, they didn’t know Russian and it’s good that my boyfriend knew the language a little and tried to explain something, but still he couldn’t understand something.

Therefore, it is necessary, of course, that the tour operator has an interpreter for such cases, he will be very useful.

And so I was very pleased with this tour operator and now if I still need to use their services, then I definitely won’t refuse the tour.
