Depending on the specialty, training lasts from 1 year (florist) to 2.5 years (dental technician). At the end of each semester, theoretical and practical exams are taken. – an insurance policy from a Polish or foreign insurance company (if not in Polish, you need a sworn translation issued by a sworn translator tłumacz przysięgły in Poland),
- or a document confirming payment for insurance by your employer in Poland (issued by the employer or the Pension Fund - ZUS).
7. Confirmation of financial availability for living in Poland (amount - minimum PLN 634 per month per person or PLN 537 per month for each family member + cost of living), for example:
- a copy of: employment contract umowa o pracę, or contract of assignment umowa zlecenie or umowa o dzielo. If the contract does not specify the minimum monthly salary, then also a certificate from the employer about the monthly minimum salary,
— bank account statement (in the future you will need to have confirmation of the monthly receipt of funds into your account),

- agreement on maintenance by other persons (umowa renty).
8. Confirmation of place of residence in your voivodeship, for example:
— certificate of residence in the hostel;
- a housing rental agreement (umowa najmu) or an agreement on the free provision of housing (umowa użyczenia lokalu);
– documents on ownership of real estate in Poland (akt notarialny or wypis z Księgi Wieczystej);
— application (oświadczenie) from the owner of the property for free accommodation (in case of living with relatives) + confirmation of the relatives’ ownership rights to the property;
- certificate of registration (zaświadczenie o zameldowaniu) - issued by Urząd Miejski or Urząd Gminy (not required at the time of submission).
When submitting, you must have photocopies of all documents and their originals for verification.
