Disgusting company. We went to Kotka on 01/04/16. We never made it to Kotka. The bus stopped halfway, not reaching 17 km to Vyborg; the diesel fuel in the bus froze. For example, I specially came from another city for a day to go to Finland, and they set everyone up like that. The attitude is boorish, they do not admit their guilt, shifting everything to the supplier, but they themselves chose him. And as I understand, not a single bus started up that day, according to the guide. They didn’t even apologize, let alone return the money for the return journey to St. Petersburg. We did not return, and decided to hitchhike to Laperanta, and I did not know about the further development of events until today, when I called the company to complain and ask about compensation, and they told us that there would be no compensation, because they sent a bus for people who were taken to Vostaniya, BUT the bus arrived after 5 HOURS!!! This is all from the words of the tour company operator. I can’t even imagine how poor people waited so long for this unfortunate bus, because even though they were waiting on the bus, the bus was still cold, and it was far from 0 degrees outside. In general, it’s up to you to decide whether to go or not through this company, but if something happens, you’ll have to get there yourself any way you like or freeze and wait. You will only waste your precious time, nerves, and return with nothing! By the way, when we returned from Finland at seven o’clock, this bus was still standing, no one took it. Think about what kind of company this is if they don’t have money for good fuel that won’t freeze at -10, and they can’t get their bus back to the fleet.
