We lived in this hotel for a week from 04/17/2015. The hotel does not live up to its star rating. Maybe it was once 5*, but now it barely reaches 3*. The rooms are very old, in need of renovation for a long time, the furniture has been dismantled, the floor covering is long overdue for replacement. Drinks are provided in doses. Beer on the beach is provided, a disposable glass for each person, every 1.5 hours. There is nothing else besides their local vodka. In the bar in the hotel itself, if there is beer, wine or gin, there won’t be enough for everyone, it runs out immediately. There is a catastrophic shortage of sunbeds on the beach; five hotels go to one beach and two others (not from the club) are brought by bus. There are also not enough sun loungers by the pools; in fact, there may not be enough beach towels if you are suddenly late for breakfast. The food is normal, there is meat, poultry and fish on the tables. Don’t count too much on WI-FI, the connection is either non-existent or very weak. The territory is large, there is room to walk, but it is also in need of renovation for a long time. I don’t want to relax in this 5* hotel.((

We vacationed with my wife and son in July 2012. We moved into the central five-story building. We checked in quickly, within 30 minutes. We got the 4th floor, the elevators were under renovation that year. The interior of the room turned out to be worse than the one in the nearby Lilyland (where we stayed a year earlier). Everything was shabby, dirty, the carpet was three hundred years old. I went straight to the reception, I thought the ladies would give the grannies a better check-in, but they told me that only the presidential one would be better, I was shocked. ((The plumbing was a C-minus. The toilet tank didn’t work, I went down at the reception, he said so, so the locksmith came)))), tricked me. The shamanism was enough for one day. Then they spat on it, let it flow. The food did not offer much variety. Chicken and beef every day, but heavily fried and spicy. The room was cleaned well every day (leaving a dollar on the bed), always fresh towels, gel, shampoo and toilet paper never ran out.))) The beach is relatively large, but sunbeds must be occupied in six in the morning, otherwise they won’t get it. The problem was solved by giving the boy 25 bucks for ten days, and you always have your place in the sun at 9-10 in the morning.))) Of course, I liked the sea the most. Nice entrance. He kicked the little one out when his lips were already blue. There are corals nearby for lovers. The only thing is the sports bar where Ali made cocktails (for $10) you drink all evening. For free I got 1 serving of alcohol - 5 servings (milk, juice, cola), depending on the cocktail. I won’t go again. For that kind of money you can find something much more interesting and worthwhile.

We vacationed with a friend in Paradise from 02/09/2014 to 02/14/2014. I liked everything very much, we checked in within 10 minutes, the room overlooked the dancing fountain. This is the second time at this hotel and I will say that the service has gotten worse. Last year the staff was more welcoming. In this opposite from the bar, located on the 3rd floor. one might say kicked out. At exactly 2 o'clock in the morning, cleaning began, insects were poisoned, and they did not particularly look at the fact that vacationers were sitting in the hall. As for food, this year I was pleased with the abundance of fruits; on the contrary, there was less fish and meat. This time the animators were not so intrusive and did not pester us at every turn with offers to buy a ticket to the foam party. Otherwise it's not too bad.

They just took the money, gave me cards and sent me to fill them out! They didn’t even give me samples!!! Thanks to the wonderful girl Inna from the Belarusian travel agency, who warned us and printed out a sample to fill out. LIFE HACK No. 1: a visa costs $25 (free to Sharm) and that’s it. 2. Check-in. We had an early flight and at 9 am we were already at the hotel. Check-in is officially at 14.00. Dear friends! Cursing at the reception and phrases like *I’ve already paid for the day* and other arguments do not work! Don’t waste your nerves! The hotel is as old as the Egyptian pyramids (People who carry out the so-called renovation hardly understand the meaning of this word! There are places to take beautiful photos) Not counting the fact that you had to walk between cars!! Arab families came to the hotel in cars and parked them near their apartments. Firstly: many hotels in Egypt have pontoon beaches, as entry is difficult due to the many corals. There is a sandy beach here and there is little coral in the shallow waters. Since we swim, I admit, we’re not very good at swimming; this beach suited us just fine.

Secondly: A very large and beautiful area. Because this is a complex of several hotels.

At the entrance

Paradise Golden 5* is not new hotel. But everything is well maintained and clean. We got a room on the first floor overlooking the territory.

This pool is located right in front of our room's terrace.

The "Standard Room" comes with a hairdryer and all bathroom amenities.

We initially chose this hotel because of the huge territory where you can walk along the shady alleys, photograph the figures located everywhere, and also no less than our beautiful hotels this complex.

This includes the hotels "Emerald Hotel Golden5*", "Diamond Colden 5*", "Al Mas Golden 5*"

All hotels are good and you can go to each one and have breakfast, lunch or dinner, despite the fact that you are from Paradise.

On the territory there is a water park with quite decent slides and a bar where you can not only drink alcohol and other drinks, but also eat without even rushing to the hotel for lunch. Here the funny animation will not let you get bored.

If I'm not mistaken, the fountain show starts at 10 p.m.; excursions are booked here from other hotels.

In the evenings, every day there are some shows (by the way, we went to the cobra show). I will also say that we vacationed in January - right on the Old New Year! It’s interesting, of course, to get from the deep Russian winter into summer. On the beach everyone wears red caps for the occasion and there are small Christmas trees all around. That evening there was a great Russian disco)).

There are many shops around, and everything is simply surrounded by greenery. Here and there beautifully trimmed trees and shrubs are scattered along the alleys. And flowers - a sea of flowers!

The beach provides sun loungers, umbrellas and towels free of charge. But if you don’t grab a sun lounger early, it’s very difficult to find a free one later. Some almost came to blows. Thank God everything turned out well for us. There is also another bar where you can drink and eat. All bars on the territory operate according to the „ all inclusive“ .

At the hotel you can order a game of billiards, table tennis, tennis court, which is what we did. There is an English-speaking Arab at the reception, so at least basic knowledge of English is welcome.

Ping-pong and billiards are located in the hotel building on the 2nd floor. There is also a bar with various drinks.

Meals on the “all inclusive” system do not differ much from breakfast, lunch and dinner in most hotels. But sausage and cheese are a separate issue. These products have no taste at all. It's better not to try. And they, as if on purpose, when preparing breakfast for us on excursions, put sandwiches with this sausage (((. About fruits, I’ll say that it was in winter and apart from oranges (by the way, there are a lot of orange trees in the area with falling oranges) and dates, we didn’t have anything We didn’t see them. There were also a lot of rice dishes (black, white, mixtures). Vegetable casseroles. Baked fish and octopus. Pancakes, pancakes, jams and all sorts of oriental sweets for breakfast. Alcohol, not very good. It’s better to buy something more decent Separately from the buffet, you can order here various rolls, shrimp, all sorts of salads (and much more will be prepared in your presence). For some reason, we always did not get napkins, but dinner was always accompanied by live piano music - mostly classical.

At the reception you can also order an "A la carte" restaurant in one of the hotels, but in advance. We chose a dinner of Scandinavian cuisine in the restaurant of the Emerald hotel. The waiter was especially polite when the tip rustled in his hand. They love this business)). During the conversation it was discovered that, in addition to the standard set of knowledge of languages (his native, Russian and English of course) communicates in German and French.

In general, the hotel is not bad. And considering that during our vacation we only had 2 excursions, the rest of the time at the hotel we did not have to be bored.
