We rested in this hotel from July 27 to August 7, my husband and I, but of course the hotel may not be worthy of 5 but 4 this is sure, we lived in the main building on the 4th floor, check-in within half an hour, the room was cleaned every day, the bed sheets were changed every other day, they even asked not to clean it because they only came to the room to spend the night, there were no thefts, although she just left a purse with money in the closet and gold earrings were lying on the dressing table, everything was in place, the food was varied, and greens and vegetables and fruits, but always either chicken or fish, the meat was once lamb cutlets, a large swimming pool at the hotel, clean water, the only negative that our people are too smart-ass, they leave their towels on the sun lounger and go off for the whole day in an unknown direction, and you can sunbathe as you want, but we have sorted out this problem. The sea is clean and warm at any time of the day, but you need to move your legs more actively so that the fish don’t bite, I was lucky for 12 days of swimming in the sea, I avoided this happiness, but my husband was less lucky. The animation was lame on both legs, the children’s program was the same every day, during the vacation we learned all the songs, the adults didn’t burst either from the variety: Mr. hotel, karaoke, oriental dancing, fire show, and the peak of everything is a foam party, well, that’s what it was called, the foam accumulated just by the end of the evening. In general, this is a hotel for a vacation for two and with children, there are a lot of them, young people there are no parties, we were at discos, but very few people go there, or think about your own entertainment program as we did and wish the hotel to make Wi-Fi free, it’s a shame to pay $19 for 10 days and be without connection almost all the time, for all this Wi-Fi itself was not enough

We vacationed as a family with a 3-year-old child in July in this terrible hotel in every sense! I'll start in order -❗️check-in for extra. fee is 20 dollars and then after 3 hours, ❗️ The room is dirty carpet, I was even afraid to walk on it without shoes, shabby furniture, a barely working refrigerator and air conditioner, a dirty and incomprehensibly stained mattress, with unwashed and undried sheets, ❗️Food is just recycling from yesterday's uneaten food, there was nothing to feed the child, they were saved by dry cookies with tea, mold all around, later a photo from the a la carte restaurant, on which they brought us bread ❗️Cleaning is a different story, I had to persuade and run after the cleaning lady so that at least the towels were changed, ❗️No animation, all you heard and cooked, and that's all, ❗️The sea and the beach - the sea is magical (the only plus), the beach is dirty, there are cigarette butts and garbage all around, ❗️ The staff is always dissatisfied with a forced smile, ❗️❗️❗️ THE WORST thing is the Coxsackie virus, our child caught it exactly there❗️❗️❗️Three days high temperature and nerves, there is no doctor at the hotel❗️❗️❗️I had to go to the hospital in Kemer❗️❗️❗️The loss of a gold watch from a safe, Theft is all over the place, but we solve this issue through legal support (after talking with the guide we realized what kind of hello it was there) second day second loss, before that our compatriot’s earrings with diamonds also disappeared from the safe)❗️❗️❗️I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone even for 30,000(((We always vacation in budget 5, 4, but this is something❗️❗️❗️Only in Turkey 5 times and I haven’t seen anything like this before❗️❗️❗️Reading the previous negative reviews I couldn’t believe it all, but we were convinced from our own experience! People avoid this hotel❗️❗️❗️Especially with children❗️❗️❗️Anywhere, but not there, please Those who disagree with my personal opinion should stay away, I just want to warn people so that their vacation is not ruined like ours❗️

We rested in this hotel from 06/24/2018 to 07/04/2018 together with my wife. The overall impression of the hotel was very good. We also bought a ticket to it thanks to good review read here. And since we were already tired of choosing among so many hotels, we went and did not regret it. This is not the first time in Turkey we have a little something to compare with, and before that we were also in the top five, but at the height of the season we were in the first. The Turks are trying very hard not to they ignore the children and take care of them; if any problems happen, they are also solved. Just when the World Cup was going on, the Turks placed huge cakes decorated with Russian symbols and congratulatory inscriptions in front of the entrance to the dining room in connection with our reaching the quarter finals and generally gave a standing ovation. It was Nice. We don’t drink alcohol, I can’t judge. We didn’t see any downsides in the food. I won’t list everything; it’s easier to write what wasn’t. In fact, you are fed from morning to evening. The sea, as always, is beautiful, the sun is gentle, but only until lunch you have to be careful. You have to walk seven minutes to get to the beach, it’s too lazy, they’ll take you there, but we walked. It’s great. Entering the sea leaves much to be desired, but everyone came in and out and it’s fine. Our room was 115, also excellent. In a word, for beginners, make up your mind and go, change the picture, swim, sunbathe, there will be something to remember later.

I vacationed alone with my 6-year-old grandson from May 16 to May 26, 2018. We arrived at the hotel early. Around 9 am, check-in was completed in about 5 minutes. They only let us fill out the cards and immediately gave us the keys. A young man ran up and helped carry things to the room, gave a tip of 1 dollar.. We lived in the main building on the 3rd floor. I liked the room, it was clean and cozy. The smell was a little present, but I turned on the water in the bathroom for a while and everything was ok. Overall I liked the food and tried something new every day. There was a lot of food for every taste.. The grandson mainly lived on nuggets, fries and ice cream)) Fruits included oranges, apples, watermelon, melon. On the beach they took cherries and strawberries. 2 dollars. Orange juice 1 dollar. I really liked the area. Huge and well maintained. Only upon arriving home did I realize how good it was to breathe there, how gorgeous the air was... There were pine and orange trees all around. I liked the sea, clean and transparent. The water was 23 degrees. But we swam with pleasure. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly, which made us very happy. There is animation, a children’s playground and swimming pools. The grandson learned to dive). In general, we were very pleased with our vacation. I read negative reviews before the trip, but the trip was not expensive. And the travel agent said that there are always negative reviews. So many people, so many opinions) I didn’t regret it for a second. My grandson asks to come back to Armas. I am considering a trip there in October this year. Thank you Armas!

In a word, a hotel for “old-timers”, the check-in is terrible!!! But the guide was excellent, he sorted everything out, even on the 3rd day! The food is monotonous, to be honest there is only chicken and bony fish. There is no bar in the rooms AT ALL!!! I will definitely not return to this hotel again!!!

Good day to all! I vacationed with my husband in Kemer, at the Kaplan Hotel in September 2015. I read a lot of laudatory reviews about the hotel before the trip and am ready to agree with them. We arrived at approximately 14.30, so the rooms were already ready and waiting for us. In short, despite the fact that quite a lot of us arrived at once, it took about 10 minutes to check in. The room was just like a room, no worse and no better than what I had seen in other places. Normal, clean, everything I need is: hair dryer, TV, safe, refrigerator and water. Everything works, there is free Wi-Fi. Cleaning every day is quite normal. On the third day the cleaning lady left us her universal card, so the electricity did not turn off when we left. The staff is very friendly and polite, well done! Everyone is trying to speak Russian. I gave ten points for the service. The food is ok. Of course, you won’t go hungry; I haven’t heard from anyone about poisoning either. Awesome pastries for breakfast, delicious pureed soups for lunch and dinner, a large amount of delicious fruit compared to what I saw in Greece and Egypt. For lunch and dinner - delicious ice cream. The beach is wide, there is a lot of space, there are enough sun loungers for everyone. My excellent. The entrance is gentle. The holiday turned out to be good.

Hello! I vacationed at the Kaplan Hotel with my husband at the end of September last year. So, first things first. We arrived at the hotel around 17:00. They didn't check us in right away. I had to sit at the reception for about 30-40 minutes. Finally, we were given the keys to our room. Our room was not located in the main building, but in the four-story Annex building. Having opened the door, we were pleasantly surprised, because instead of a standard room we were accommodated in a two-room family room. The room was not very new, the decor was not luxurious, but overall everything was good. We had 2 TVs, 2 refrigerators and 2 air conditioners (one in each room). Everything worked great. True, the shower was initially faulty, but it was promptly replaced. The hotel area is quite large and very green. It's a five-minute walk to the sea along a shady, stone-lined path surrounded by pine trees. There is an open car from the hotel every few minutes to the beach and back, but we only took it once because we liked to walk. There is a pier on the beach. There are enough sunbeds. The water was clean. There is sand and small pebbles on the shore, and large pebbles in the water. In general, the sea was just great! The only thing was that the fish bit a little. But it was very interesting to feed them bread from the pier. The food at the hotel is varied, if you are not too picky, you won’t go hungry. I can’t say much about the animation, since we spent little time on the hotel grounds. We only watched evening shows. We liked. The village of Tekirova is located not far from the hotel. We went there for a walk and to buy souvenirs. In general, our holiday in Kaplan Paradis was a success. I give the hotel a 9+ rating.

The hotel amazes with its beauty and grandeur, the surroundings are clean and tidy. The architecture and design are simply gorgeous. The pools are huge, clean and comfortable for swimming. The territory is large, flowers and trees grow around. Every evening we walked with great pleasure! Service in the restaurant and in the rooms is excellent. Cleaning and linen change was every day. The food was very varied and tasty. A million types of sweets. Baking and drinks are what you need! The sea is beautiful and clean. The animation is good. There's a lot to see. We had a great time. In the hotel you feel free, like at home. Thanks to the staff for great holiday and attitude.

Hotel reviews

The hotel is almost not functioning!!! anonymous

Just returned from vacation (12/29/16). ONLY EMERALD works in this hotel complex!!! In terms of food: packages sell everything inclusive, but in reality it’s strictly breakfast (from 7-10), lunch (from 12-30 to 15-00), dinner (from 18-30 to 21-30). No snacks!!! Good food...

I will not recommend this hotel Nadezhda to anyone

We were in Egypt for the first time, we were put in another hotel, much further from the sea, there were no towels and water in the room, not to mention soap and shampoo, we spent three days trying to get a room in our hotel, and our nerves were pretty much ruined! But they moved them anyway! The sea is good, sunset...

Egrets walk along the lawns among the palm trees at dawn Anastasia, Rostov-on-Don

I'll start with the positives: gorgeous territory, attentive and playful staff, the sea is simply extraordinary, an excellent offer to dine every evening in a new restaurant with a different theme. I especially liked Indian and Mediterranean cuisine. We were also at the bar...

Good afternoon I worked in a 5* hotel and my review is of a professional-amateur nature. Read it if anyone is interested)) 1. Flight. Hello dear Belavia! As always, expensive and neat on schedule! The food is edible. A beautiful plane with cornflowers! I’m proud! Respect) The tourists have started shake like Pinocchio immediately upon arrival. Representatives of the tour operator Join UP collected $27 from each tourist at the counter: 25 for a visa and 2 for registration. Okay, if only they actually filled out registration cards! They just took the money, gave me cards and sent me to fill them out! They didn’t even give me samples!!! Thanks to the wonderful girl Inna from the Belarusian travel agency, who warned us and printed out a sample to fill out. LIFE HACK No. 1: a visa costs $25 (free to Sharm) and that’s it. 2. Check-in. We had an early flight and at 9 am we were already at the hotel. Check-in is officially at 14.00. Dear friends! Cursing at the reception and phrases like *I’ve already paid for the day* and other arguments do not work! Don’t waste your nerves! You’ve arrived they seem to be restored)) LIFE HACK No. 2: 5-10 $ and friendliness will help you quickly check in) 3. Rooms. The hotel is as old as the Egyptian pyramids (People who carry out the so-called renovation hardly understand the meaning of this word! Everything is done anyhow, but quietly and unnoticed by tourists. LIFE HACK No. 3: choose newer hotels 4. Territory. Large and beautifully green .Lots of palm trees, tamarinds and all that. There are places to take beautiful photos) Not counting the fact that you had to walk between cars!! Arab families came to the hotel in cars and parked them near their apartments. Is it difficult to provide parking?? If I wanted to take a walk between the cars, I would have stayed in Minsk ((There is a steam locomotive and a bus running around the territory (who is too lazy to walk). Some of the buildings are closed or being repaired. We climbed into one abandoned building (as my child says) and there were even carpets there , furniture, chandeliers, magazines from 2010, pigeons made nests. Cool) 5. Water park. This is a song! Really big and free. My child was delighted! (one of the reasons why we chose this hotel) Except for one unpleasant story. Everything Arab families mostly rested in the water park. And then two Arabs didn’t share something and started arguing. After a couple of minutes, a *support group* gathered on one side and the other. They started shouting and pushing each other. Sun loungers started flying to the sides, plastic tables and frightened tourists. When they started constructing *argument tools* from umbrellas and mops, I grabbed a towel and rushed to look for the child! All the slides stopped, people began to quickly leave the water park, the security service (if you can even call them that) couldn’t do anything. It was like a small Arab revolution. It was scary. I didn’t feel safe even on the hotel grounds. LIFE HACK #4: Remember! your safety is only in your hands 6. Nutrition. Normally edible. The fruits looked as if they had been sick for a long time. Only watermelon was tasty. One day there were no fresh vegetables at all, it’s good that a group of Chinese tourists arrived! They were clearly preparing for their arrival) Assortment: Chicken, turkey, grilled kebab, beef, pasta, vegetables in different variations. The table wine was ok, I didn’t like the beer, the rum was nothing like that). The staff (who looked shabby) cleaned everything quickly, but not very clean. On the 3rd day we were very badly poisoned (and we weren’t the only ones) and spent 24 hours moving from the toilet to toilet((. Fortunately, a compatriot suggested pills. LIFEHACK No. 5: take the pills. It’s better not to use them than to look for them or buy them at the pharmacy for $20 7. Service. Bad. Very bad. The level of staff is extremely low. Once my daughter and I were vacationing in pool near the central building and she wanted a glass of Sprite. And they didn’t give us one! Can you imagine?? A fucking glass of Sprite!!! For a child!!! Argument: the color of the bracelet (we lived in 4*). I said that this is bad service and must I’ll write a review - they brought 2 glasses of Sprite and water and an apology... but the impression has already been formed. Tourists (the attitude towards Arabs is different) who are accommodated in 4* cannot eat in 5* canteens and even take drinks in bars (((sad of course 8 .Beach. 1500 meters??? I ran in the morning and kept thinking: I’m covering 1.5 km quickly)) I decided to check it on the tracker and... surprise! 640 meters, half of which are fenced with buoys. Entry to the sea is only through authorized, cleared entrances. The beach is sandy, cleaned on time. There are small coral reefs where you can admire the fish. Buy a comfortable full-face mask for $10 and enjoy. 9. Shopping. Just haggle)) And in conclusion, LIFE HACK No. 6: follow the Muslim holidays and you will be happy and have a calm, relatively clean holiday Well, something like this
